Efektivitas Pemakaian Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim (AKDR) Pasca Plasenta pada Persalinan Pervaginam

Abstract

Penggunaan AKDR memiliki beberapa efek samping di antaranya yang paling sering terjadi adalah perubahan siklus menstruasi, disertai dismenorea hingga kejadian ekspulsi. Data perbandingan mengenai efek samping penggunaan AKDR berdasarkan metode persalinan di Indonesia masih minim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemakaian alat kontrasepsi dalam rahim (AKDR) pasca plasenta pada pasien dengan persalinan pervaginam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain prospective cohort. Pengambilan subjek dilakukan dengan consecutive sampling, sampel berupa akseptor AKDR di RSIA Sitti Khadijah 1 sebanyak 50 orang untuk metode persalinan pervaginam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Maret 2025. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi-square. Tidak ditemukan kegagalan secara statistik luaran pasca pemasangan AKDR pasca plasenta termasuk lama siklus menstruasi, jumlah pembalut yang digunakan dalam sehari, lama durasi menstruasi, nyeri haid, skala nyeri saat tidak haid, keputihan abnormal, ekspulsi/AKDR keluar spontan, dan keinginan melanjutkan AKDR (p > 0,05). Pemakaian alat kontrasepsi dalam rahim (AKDR) pasca plasenta pada pasien dengan persalinan pervaginam sangat efektif.
